The place is perfect! Everything is impeccably clean. Only 30 minutes walk from my room to the Basilica of St. Francis on the hilltop. And I even walked very slowly. I highly recommend this place. Great location!

This was a wonderful property in Assisi. It is a great location for walking around and seeing the sights. I loved thay they had some childrens toys outside to play with for my daughter!
The hosts were kind and helpful.

At night you could see the beauty of Assisi from the backyard of the apartment. Quiet and out of the way this place is a treasure find. Hopefully, the kitchen will be stocked a little more with things like olive oil, and that the breakfast would be part of the stay. Comfortable beds. They speak Italian, but we google translated well, and there was an english speaker on property.. We would go back!!!

We love our stay here and we definitely recommend the place. Clean, quiet and out of all movement in the center.
We walked from here to the center of Assisi, very easy, safe and pleasant walk. Max 10 min.
We had breakfast during our staying, and we love it!
The persons that attended us were very special, we feel welcomed, and we plan to come back.

Staff was fantastic, parking readily available. Looks like a long walk to town, but really not that bad.
