The place is what you expect. Not 5 stars, but what it promises. Furthermore - BEST location (on the very top) and the staff was ALWAYS accompdating and never "rude".
I would come back!

I gave it 5 stars in most areas considering it’s a 3 star hotel. So many travelers, specially us Americans, rate their stays on five star hotel expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a power outage for about 1 hrs but they dealt with it. I wanted another night which was not available but they found me a room just down the street and checked me in to it at 9am. I liked Il Duomo and the staff and recommend it.

It was a clean quiet hotel
Breakfast was great
Staff not very friendly
Beds and pillows were bad
