"I booked online and was pleased upon arriving. Although this is an older hotel, it is well kept, clean and was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Jessica, night shift manager was wonderful to talk with. When we had issues with our balcony sliding door, maintenance came in no time. Housekeeping staff was in and out with fresh towels and new trash bags. I have given the name of your hotel to several friends already. I will definitely stay here again. For not being ocean front, I still give this hotel an EXCELLENT rating. "

"I have been vacationing in Ocean City, MD for over 40 years and wanted to spend a few days there for my 70th birthday. Unfortunately, with the exception of those who checked me in and out, the front desk staff was not very friendly. It’s the first time I actually felt unwelcome as a paying guest anywhere. I was constantly reminded that I had booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) and certain privileges were exclusively reserved for Hilton Honors Members. Ironically, I am a Hilton Honors Member who just happened to book this trip through Expedia. Although I paid for 4 days in advance, I checked out after 3 days of this treatment and returned home. "
