St Regis does NOT discriminate by vax status
Posted 30 Jan 2022 on HotelsThe Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.

Service is dead
Posted 7 May 2021 on HotelsOff season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
Staff did call us morning of checkout to remind us that we needed to be out by 10am.
We asked to check out at 10:30 instead of 10 since we had a meeting at 11.
“No” was the answer.
As we come out to the valet to load our bags the valet doesn’t even offer to help us with our numerous bags.
A really reprehensible showing all around from st Regis - a once go to brand for me.
