"I love how perfect they set the heater. It has a pool and a gym. Ilove the breakfast as well.
However the staff who was assigned to their front desk when we checked in was not welcoming or friendly. "

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
