"We had a lovely stay for the 4 days, just me and my teenage son. The location was perfect, very near to all shops and restaurants and close to the main strip of Laganas, as well as the beach within walking distance. The room we stayed in was on level 0, it was clean and had all we needed for our stay, it was a little damp, not noticeably but our clothes felt damp when kept in the room. We stayed end of May so just heading towards the busy season, so it was still pleasantly quiet, I assume once...

"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. "

"The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"Angelos and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. He picked us up from the bus station (and drove us back when we left). He makes a great BBQ once a week. The hotel looks very new, and lovely. The bedroom is very spacious (we rent one with a small kitchen), and the bathroom is really nice, it has a good balcony with a table. All is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also great. On the last day, we ate there and the food was very good and big. The only downside I could mention is...

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Contessina in Greece. The resort offers top-notch customer service, spacious rooms, and a delicious breakfast spread each morning. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. One thing to note: this is definitely a couples- and family-oriented hotel, so if you're traveling solo, you may feel a bit out of place at times. That said, it's still a beautiful and welcoming place to stay — I’d absolutely recommend it! "

"The Celestial All Suites in Kefalonia is nothing short of exceptional. Perched in a stunning location with breathtaking sea views, the hotel offers an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. "Pool towels provided. Change as often as needed. Plenty of sun loungers, never struggled to get one. Inflatables allowed in the pool which is great for kids, although an adult only pool would be quite nice so you can have a good swim. The pool does close at 6pm which we thought was a little early. Food, drinks and service was great. As was the facial i had in the spa, thank you Olga. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was the entertainment. It definitely wasnt 5* wow!! The hotel is in a great location. We walked along the beach every day and also out of the drive and left into Laganas. We had a beautiful stay ❤️"
