Hello! First of all, we are really sorry about your bad experience. If you could believe us, we did not receive any email with your booking confirmation from Hotels.com, if so, believe that we would have made all possible to contact you and prevent you from comming to a place that, as you already know, is closed since April 2020....(Covid lockdown) We don't know what happened but looks like disponibility was open for some reason in all Expedia group. We did ask Expedia group to closed again with no date to open. We apologize again, very hardly, we feel very bad about this situation. We hope that you could enjoy Asilah so far and if we could help you in any way let us know. Regards
