"This was our second family trip in Istanbul in the same hotel, we loved it again. The staff is always very respectfull, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and clean, sea view. The breakfast was excellent, we were very happy overall."

"Overall, it was great experience. Unfortunately, there is still slight smell of smoke in the hotel corridors though even the room itself was smoke-free. Would be great, if the hotel honoured Expedia VIP access, silver and gold membership benefits as been communicated by Expedia website during the booking. Business center in the hotel is “week” with no reliable Internet connection nor English typeset keyboards. Thanks, there is a concierge to help you print out the documents. "
