We loved the quiet seclusion of the property and yet we were only a few miles from downtown. The host was amazing and assisted with any and all needs. The room was clean and cozy and it was hard to leave. Definitely keeping this location bookmarked for future stays!!!

The property was wonderful and was in a beautiful area. The room was very cute and was exceptionally clean! We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful. It is convenient to get to shops and restaurants but still in the country. The Northern Lights Loft had a beautiful view with some great sunrises and sunsets to be seen from the balcony.

A large house in a quiet rural location with very spacious, fully equipped apartments, stylish interiors, owned and run by a very friendly family. A great place to relax and enjoy nature of N Wisconsin.

Peaceful, beautiful, restful
Posted 1 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe came for the Birkie, and LOVED staying in this spacious lovely Inn. Beds were comfy, kitchenette was very functional, and nice open space (windows with lovely with view of land and full moon while we were there).
Kelly and Mark were so very friendly and made our stay feel like we were "at home."
Great area to walk, fresh air, cute animals (horses, donkeys, outdoor cats and a dog - all very friendly!).
Lots of interesting books to peruse, and family games to play. Thank you for NOT have a tv!!! :)

The hosts were friendly and gave great advice on where to go round Ashland and Bayfield. Our room was very clean and the common area had extra seating and a coffee and reading area. The house is located just a few miles out of town on a small farm set on many acres. A peaceful country setting with beautiful scenery and animals.
