Wonderful hotel.

Pros: Everything.
My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family.

Posted 11 Sep 2013Not only was the room clean, comfortable & quiet, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I went to the desk to ask for a recommendation for dinner they gave me a piece of a staff members birthday cake. Very hospitable and recommended a great place to order a pizza from.

Posted 24 Jul 2013 on HotelsThe reason for the 4s: Maintenance & Cleanliness: On one day the room was cleaned and redressed, but new towels were forgotten. On the last day we stayed there we noticed a leak in our room that was causing mold to grow. It was on the last day, and given the kindness and professionalism of the staff, if we had asked for a different room (had we found the leak earlier in the trip) I am sure it would have been arranged. Neighborhood: I like to take a walk in the evening and the area around the hotel does not allow for it. There are some homes and local streets, but there are no bike or sidewalks. The hotel is very quiet; I never heard road noise even though it is right off R60, just down from 64, and a 5 minute walk from a Walmart. It was a very nicely located hotel.

Pros: VERY nice hotel; comfortable, clean & welcoming
Location: There's more to do than is expected...Walmart, restaurants, malls, movie theaters, etc.
I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The rooms are nice & updated, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly & accommodating & the continental breakfast was good

Nice Room and Bath
Posted 4 Jul 2013 on HotelsI was impress with the bathroom. It was roomy with plenty of countertop space and shelf under the sink area. Room had a nice layout with the desk, closet and a microwave with fridge was an added bonus. The night light was well done. This is one of the nicest place I ever stayed in.

Location: Conveniently located to restaurants and Walmart.
This was a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
