Good check-in and then downhill from there. The room door VERY difficult to open, multiple lights did not work, dirty-looking towels/bath mat, could not get the bathroom light to turn off AT ALL once we turned it on, little toilet paper and no extra roll (no staff at the desk to get any more, even after ringing bell as desk sign noted), carpeting needed swept around edges, poor breakfast choices and quantities of items.

The room was completely filthy, from cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor and beds made with visibly dirty sheets, to tiny roaches in the sheets and bathroom.

The night staff is always helpful. The day staff is nice but when requesting things like towels it never happens always had to wait for night staff to get things. Even though its close to the freeway it was quiet. Needs some updates but comfortable.

First room hadn’t been cleaned and smelled like smoke, Second room key didn’t work and stunk. Coffee was cold. Place is just not clean and did t feel safe

First room smelled bad , bathroom light did not work and fan was hanging from the ceiling. Floor was dirty . Got another room upstairs. Wall by bed was full of some sort of spill splashed on it. Bathtub had no anti slip mats and showerhead was flimsy and leaking. Toilet was running 24/7

I was stuck at this hotel for 2 nights during a snow and ice storm. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was super nice. The employee on duty saw I had kids with me and gave us a room on the ground floor

Security latch on door was falling off. Housekeeper walked in on me, ignoring DND sign. Coffee maker was broken. Cable TV was out half the time I was there. Breakfast was only waffles and muffins. Fridge froze all of my food. Construction workers' loud trucks woke me up at 5am.

Very dirty, broken furniture, and noisy cheap bed. Told the owner and they just brought fresh towels (which were badly stained) Police advised a lot of drug activity at this location (they were eating next door and I asked them about this hotel).
