"Our suite had amazing views and plenty of space for us to relax in. Check in/out was simple and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area did have damp in it, which i think is being tackled by a heating unit. We wouldve appreciated cutlery besides teaspoons, tools to wash up (plates, bowls, microwave provided and room adverised as having a kitchenette). The main bedroom didnt have a radiator, when we asked staff they advised the heater in the lounge should address the lounge...

"Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. "

"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. "The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"I booked and paid for this place but the owner never got back to me. Never emailed me the code to get in. And then travelnest told me it was my job to try and get a refund off expedia! This is a rotten disgraceful way to treat people. Id travelled 140 miles to stay here with my disabled husband and two dogs and couldnt even contact the owner to get in!!!"
