Charming industrial style hotel in the middle of downtown Asheville. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Downstairs offered a bar and entertainment such as a bowling lane, arcade style games, and shuffle board table (legs were broken so it was uneven and difficult to play).
2 star rating for cleanliness of the downstairs bar area. Bartender was rude, difficult to get service, and tables were never cleared. We had to clear 15 glasses from a table ourselves.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We went for a parents’ getaway and were so happy with our choice to stay here. It’s a beautiful hotel, the rooms are fantastic and they have a lot of personal touches like happy hour, a basket of breakfast snacks in the morning, coffee and tea in the room and more.
We will be back for sure!

money could have closed their doors and tried to deal personally with the devastating hurricane and floods that happened through Florida, Georgia north and South Carolina. I have never had such great customer service wherever I stayed and this was one of my most favorite hotels. North Carolina is full of fabulous people who have grit and tenacity to keep their businesses open!
