The Baymont was a pleasant stay. Online check in was easy and convenient. It was a short walk to find dinner and Starbucks. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options. Staff members were helpful and friendly.

It was clean as a pin, had great and gracious staff, and had a really nice continental breakfast. Close to everything in Asheville.

Interactions with front desk was mixed: initially not at all welcoming or helpful from the first person who checked us in. But when I returned to the lobby ten minutes later and dealt with a second staff member, the opposite was true. Hot tub was a real plus for us, and location was good. We would return when in the area.
