"Great location, a short drive from The Pantiles. Large property with extensive grounds but with a friendly and personal feel. Lovely pool spa area, with slippers and big fluffy towels and robes all included with the stay. We were given a discretionary upgrade to a gorgeous spacious room with a free standing slipper bath and huge shower. Highly recommended hotel."

"This was a single room which suited me as a solo traveller. It was perfectely decorated the bathroom was up-to-date. Bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee/ milk etc was sufficient. The room was secure and while the room as at the back of the hotel it suited me as it was quier overnight. Even with the window slightly open. Check in/Check oit times ideal."
