Under different circumstances this property would have been fine. We didn't realize the circumstances when we booked. We are a 90 year old couple who came to Asbury Park for granddaughter's wedding. The wedding began around 3:00 so we couldn't check in and it was 10:30 pm before we arrived to check in after driving around the block to find a parking space. Fortunately we didn't have too much luggage but then we had to carry everything up the steps. Thank goodness our daughter had a room on the 2nd floor which she traded for our room on the 3rd floor. We are used to having a complimentary breakfast at our hotel which was not presented at the St. Laurent. And I don't even want to talk about the ridiculous price.

Unique boutique hotel in residential area. Rented the electric scooters parked out front to get to our restaurant in the evening.

Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsThey’ve thought of everything. Enough loungers & umbrellas for all of their guests by the pool. Beach chairs & badges for the quick walk to the beach. A quick walk to tons of restaurants made for a fabulous night!

Luxury, trendy, and enjoyable. The stuff was super friendly and the location was very walkable to the beach boardwalk with its restaurants and music. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. The best part of the stay was the pool where they served delicious food and had great music. People were also very friendly. There's a reason why it's called the social club! I would definitely come back again
