"If you’d like to experience an authentic ryokan with onsen and terrific kaiseki dining this place is a good choice. Although the facilities show some wear and tear, overall it’s clean and adequately maintained. The staff ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. I would stay again."

"Had an Onsen in the hotel which is very convenient. We were able to use it several times a day and it had a great view of the sun rising and setting while soaking. We didn’t have many other guests when we were there so really had it mainly to ourselves."
