Great property considering the price. Room was a little cramped, but considering that I was literally only at there to shower, sleep, get ready and leave, return and repeat it was fine.
The communal space at reception and luggage storage was great, and I really appreciated the amenities. I also enjoyed the "manga" theming throughout the property.
Unfortunately the other common spaces, such as the lobby, elevators and hallways were looking rather worn and dirty (stains on the carpets, random trash other guests had dropped/left outside their rooms), made the space a little less appealing, especially considering the properties age.
My interactions with the staff were mixed, from mediocre (the non Japanese/South Asian? staff at front desk, who seemed less than interested to help) to the others who were wonderful and full of suggestions/recommendations and willingness to assist.

Excellent hotel, except the rooms are too small

Fantastic location connected to everything that was necessary for me a very functional room and building overall and the kind and helpful staff that works there

I liked all the amenities this hotel provided! Very nice and the area where it’s located it’s very touristy. However I noticed that when I first got to my room my sheets were stained with something light yellow…. And one of the towels had a brownish stain too…. Which it bothered me but i honestly didn’t make a big deal to them about it.

Was a great stay with a very convenient location for access to Sensoji temple! Staff were very attentive, only wish the rooms had a fridge built in.

I do like the graphic design / comic theme touch to this place. It’s like APA hotel but for the creative type. Rooms are nice and I don’t mind it being small. Bathroom is surprisingly larger than I thought. Great shower, though I wish they had a bath tub. I like the main lobby where I can setup my laptop and do work. Plenty of power plugs. Free morning croissants (until 20am) and free coffee all day is a very welcome bonus! 🥐☕️ Also there’s a large grocery store (Life) just a block away should you want to eat in! I certainly tool advantage of this. Wifi is very fast here for my usages!
