Pablo and his mother waited for us to do the check in, I felt at home when they both welcomed us, they even sent transportation to pick us up, and the customer service was great! Breakfast in the morning with other pilgrims was a plus for us, we met a lot of people, the atmosphere of friendship and respect that Pablo his mom and the little dog offered make our experience there unique, will definitely visit them again and I recommend to those looking for a personal unforgettable experience.
In regard to the room was perfect and very clean.

Missing luggage
Posted 4 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe are not sure if it was the hotel or the luggage transport company, but our luggage got misplaced. The hotel blamed us for not having it down in time, when ours was the first in the lobby.

the property is ok, but the atention of the people it was so bad, the owner called me at all times to pressure me about my arrival time.
they charge me again, I told them that I already pay on Expedia, but he insist that I have to pay them.

It was fine for a pension on the Camino de Santiago. Great location and modern and clean. A little loud but the staff was very nice.
