Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Came across Oetz whilst there...An Austrain band was playing in the street and we had the most delicious dinner there. OK hotel and reasonable price...but Oetz has so much more character. Fantastic all round

"We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "

"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."
