It was a good hotel but not what I expected considering the price. On the website, it claims to be a 5 star hotel but I did not feel that. The rooms were good but but one of them had air conditioning issues. Furthermore, the beach was 25-30 min away. Also, unless you had a car, you could not go to the beach before 10 AM and stay longer than 6 PM, because there was a limited shuttle schedule. which was not shown in the website. The food around the restaurants nearby was very expensive and not good quality. All the staff knew little to no English, unless you are an Italian, it is very hard to communicate with the staff, which was surprising for the one that claims to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was also limited and not helpful, for instance my family and I were trying to find a car to rent because taking a taxi was very very expensive, and the concierge working there gave us a very high rental price. I would not recommend this hotel. It would be better staying at one where beach or center is walkable distance. The private beach they provided did not let us stay in the first or second row, only the last 2 rows were for hotel guests.

The breakfast buffet is terrible , food quality awful and beds are hard and bad pillows . Sparse furnishings. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is nice. Free parking so far away.
