An absolute gem! Quiet, peaceful, surroundings, a short taxi from downtown...with a lovely staff.

The grounds and common areas at the Zawadi House are absolutely beautiful, So peaceful and green. The rooms are average but definitely comfortable. Additionally the breakfast was great and included a small buffet of starters plus made to order eggs, etc. we enjoyed our 1 night stay here (before our safari) very much m.

We were only here for 1 night but it was a great hotel. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, problems with safe lock, water supply and electricity outages. Very quiet and conveniently located. No place to sit in the garden, no lawn furniture.

Fantastic stay!
Posted 27 Dec 2023 on HotelsWonderful place and fantastic food. We had to find a place to stay before an early AM flight and they were even able to arrange for a 4AM transfer to the airport. Highly recommended!

OUTSTANDING
Posted 4 Sep 2022 on HotelsMy wife and I had a great stay at the Zawadi house. We were met at the reception by Yvonne, Nicholas, and Afti. We felt welcomed instantly. They did everything they could to make her stay comfortable and succeeded at every turn. I highly recommend this hotel and it's staff. If I get back to Arusha I will certainly stay there again.

1 star motel. Ratings are bogus
Posted 26 Aug 2022 on HotelsProperty is run down. It’s not what it looks like in the pictures. Also the reviews for this property appears to be bogus.
In the USA this property would get a 1 star rating. No microwave or refrigerator in the room.
Plus points are good service, clean and safe room

Zawadi house has a beautiful garden and clean facility. The staff are friendly and amenable. Laundry service was great.
