There is nothing to like about this property. First, it is a bit off the main road and when we arrived our car couldn't get to the premise because the road to it was under construction. There was no sign to guide visitors on the alternative road to take. We had to get off the taxi and walk to the hotel on a dirty road with our luggage. On the day we were leaving, our taxi got stuck on the mud a few meters from the hotel. But when we asked the hotel to help, the manager refused to help us just because we didn't use the hotel taxi. They are the worst as far as hotel services are concerned!

We are extremely sorry that you feel we have let you down. Thank you though for your feedback. We would just like to point out a few things: 1. The driver you used obviously doesn't know the way here properly, because there is a perfectly good road that is well signposted that leads here (no, it's not closed) 2. We arranged a Taxi for you that is very familiar with the area and conditions, and seeing that you had to leave to the Airport at 4am we felt this was the best option, but you said US$55 is too expensive and that you would arrange your own transport. 3. We did not refuse to help you when you got stuck (once again the driver used the wrong road). We merely made it clear that at 4am in the morning it will take some time to arrange a rescue vehicle. 4. We did eventually arrange a vehicle for you but you refused to get in. 5. We will take 100% responsibility, but please note that if you choose to arrange your own transport, our hotel can't be held responsible if something goes wrong. We are very sorry for the discomfort
