"The staff made this stay amazing! They were super! Our flight got delayed and we arrived very late however they still brought us hibiscus tea, cookies, and warm clothes. My husband had climbed Kilamanjaro and arrived before me, he enjoyed the spa and took advantage of the laundry. They did a great job!"

"This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well."
