Unfortunately we were not impressed by this property. We stayed in a signature suite but the floor in our room was so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were black after a short time being barefoot in the room. This was before we even went out to the black sand beach. The property itself was ok but just nothing overly impressive. We also were given plastic water bottles in our room instead of the refillable water bottles other Pearl Resorts locations. It was also quite noisy on the beach right under our window from activity on the beach and loud music coming from the bar area. We would not stay here again.

The new building is very nice - staff is very friendly and wants to do a good job - the food quality is middle of the road at best, could really use improvement

A great property with large newer rooms and a great location on one of the best black sand beaches leaves room for improvement with inconsistent service and food quality.
