"Great location to travel the island"

"Just the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Las Palmas. Next to San Telmo bus station, easy walking distance to the historical old city, the shops and fabulous restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet considering the main road is nearby. Coffee shop on site with good coffee. Would highly recommended and will definitely come back when we are next in Las Palmas. "

"Such a great hotel in an excellent location at the not so touristy end of the beach near the fishing boats. Ask for room 606 or 607 for one of the best views of one of the best city beaches in the world!Its 3 star but great! "

"Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀"

"This property was amazing! The location to the malacon was exceptional. The entire resort exceeded my wildest expectations. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable! The spa—gym-rooftop pool-& beach chairs are all excellent. Cannot recommend this property more! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Loved the hotel & loved Las Palmas! "

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. Breakfast is good, with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruit etc, there could be more variety, however there are plenty of cafes & restaurants serving breakfast nearby as another option. The service is first class, everyone at reception and the restaurant are very friendly & helpful, and able to recommend where to visit on the island. They also accommodated late checkout for us which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here on my return and would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Las Palmas!"
