Pros: Very poor
Cons: Most things, especially the manners of the reception staff.
No hot water in room and a service charge was added for bringing a flask of hot water to the room to make a cup of tea. Also charged for the hot water
No kettle
Although booked through Expedia the hotel denied any knowledge of them and made me pay again in american dollars cash
