Property was under reconstruction. I was surprised the hotel was still open and operating. The hot breakfast is were not being served as advertised. Given the constructions, the rate should’ve been cut in half.

I was looking forward to my stay, however I was greeted with noisy construction inside the hotel. Boxes, ladders, saws were all over the place. Very noisy. I would've appreciated at least a notification of the construction. When I booked the hotel I was not aware of all of the construction going on. Upon entering the hotel I was greeting with paint buckets and drop cloths on the floor. Not appreciated. Thank you.
