While the property boasted of beds that can sleep 4, there was just one full bath… as a minimum the toilet and shower and sink could be seperate… very inconvenient when there are four adults and kid

Dear Guest,You made your reservation and even filled out the registration card for 2 adults. We upgraded you to a very exclusive room. Had we known you had 4 adults and 1 child, we would have left you in our classic studio suite that is more suitable for families with a split bathroom and shower. In the future please accurately represent to size of your party and you will have better success.

Stayed here for one night and never again. Shower curtain was stained. No hot watwr to shower in the morning. Beds were terrible. My 8 yr old said all you could feel was the wires(springs). Bed I slept in was sunken in. Paper thin walls. Flooring is uneven. A 2x4 is used to make the bed level. Flooring material is painted concrete and plywood.

This guest didn’t even stay with us. He cancelled day of, in the busiest week of the year and got upset about the cancellation penalty.
