"Our stay encompassed a continental breakfast, which was basic but perfectly met our needs. The staff were very polite, approachable and helpful and spoke great English. The location of Bloc G is great for exploring the city and there are plenty of dinner options around the vicinity. The room itself was huge and met all requirements, such as bed, hairdryer, soap, kettle, tea, water, TV etc; It would have been great to have a small table and sitting area somewhere in the room. "Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...

"Très bon accueil mais mauvais entretien du matériel, on ne voyait rien a travers les vitres de la tente , il y avait des cadavres d'insectes partout, de grosses aureoles sur le canapé et des poils dans le lit , nous avions réservés deux jours mais avons dû partir au bout de 4h car notre fils a fait une crise d'asthme dû a la poussière. "A wonderful stay, great breakfasts prepared for you at a time of your choosing, we ate there one night and Natasha is an extraordinary chef the Coq au Vin was superb. James gave us lots of ideas for things we could do on my short stay with my 2 boys and we couldn't fit it all in, so much to see and do in the area. A nice touch was that we weren't flying out until the evening on our last day, but were told we could use the facilities around the pool as long as we wanted. We were made to feel like...

"La Maison Vieille is conveniently located within walking distance of the old walled city and has plenty of parking nearby. The property has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail, and the owner and her staff are friendly and helpful. We'd particularly like to commend Neria for being so kind and helpful. It was also lovely to be able to enjoy home-made breakfast food around a big table with other guests. A lovely place to stay! "We were delighted with our upgrade to a suite - from a regular room - what a night and day difference. We were, however, quite disappointed with the repair of the chateau in general. It felt tired, the garden was lovely but didn't have a well kept feel. The pool was average, but the hot tub was not in use, covered up with some old cushions. The staff were amazing - Noelle and her husband took very good care of us."

Seuls bémols, l'absence de clim, toilettes sur le palier (mais privatives) et réseaux problématiques avec wifi très moyen, 4g inexistante et TV qui décroche par moment. Bref endroit idéal pour se reposer dans un cadre remarquable."
