"It was a clean, quiet and cozy room we stayed in for 6 nights. It was a walking distance to metro, supermarket and restaurants. However, it would be great if we could have a basic appliance such as an electric kettle for tea/ coffee, so we could start the day and end our evening more pleasantly without being have to go shopping for it every single time we needed one. "This was a lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Only slight critism would be the area - immediately around the apartment it was a bit rundown, but this did not affect our stay and it did not feel unsafe to walk around at night. Overall would recommend and stay again."

"Big and nice Apartment. Easy access to the flat, the owner was very helpful regarding the storage of our suitcases. However, the apartment was not that easy to reach. But Lisbon is very hilly. All in all, everything was perfect. Only the Bed linen was no longer the best. Although it had been washed, there were still stains."

"HORRIBLE. Listed photos do not match broken state of property. Wall paint peeling, Shower leaking (unable to take shower), blinds broken, odd smell (like nobody lived there in a long time). Lack of communication. Distance to management office is office and inconvenient. Had to travel there twice, once to pickup key and second to complain about shower as no response to emails. Only shower head was replaced but everything else not addressed."

"Good location, but the stairs were challenging with a heavy suitcases. Affiliation with sister hotel is great, but not always timely. "

Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find individuals consuming heavy drugs right outside the apartment entrance. " This is a modern hotel located about 15 minutes by car from the city center. We stayed in a room for four, which included a double bed and a sofa. The room was quite small for a family of four, but it was clean and nicely designed with a modern touch. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options. On-site parking is available, but there is an additional fee"

"This property was in a pretty good location for walking to restaurants and many other things like hop on hop off locations. The young people at the front desk and especially the baggage/room handlers, were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and they offered a 5 euro food/drink voucher to not clean the room- eco friendly. We missed the whole light show but caught the end one night. Looked cute from what we saw. We did experience a problem with the thermostat that kept wanting to shut off- that was annoying since we were there during a heat wave. Our friends had 2 other rooms and did not experience this. We only had breakfast there but the food was good and Mimosas were available. Also you could ask for lattes and they were delicious. Overall a great experience. "

"Hotel Luena was an excellent choice for our stay in Lisbon. The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially when some members of our group were affected by flight delays. A special thank you to Rodolfo and Anna, who were incredibly kind, supportive, and efficient during a stressful time. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of our rooms even had a lovely and unexpected view of Castelo de São Jorge, which was such a nice surprise. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again."

"Can’t recommend this property enough! Great family room for a travelling family with a 3 yr old. Shared bathrooms were spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Metro station right opposite front door so easy to access anywhere in Lisbon. Great stay! "
