Friendly people. Beautiful places. It was difficult and extressfull to check in. They request personal information that I was not comfortable in sharing. I was also asked to sign a paper saying that the information given was true and that they could share person information including Fotos to others. Check in on line was not possible without agreeing with such terms. Some of the hotel activities did not start on time or changed locations without common knowledge.

This hotel is a big resort with 186 rooms and has all the amenities you would expect of a big resort. Its well suited for families but is not the place for couples who are seeking rest and relaxation unless of course you are fine with lots of small children running around. Our experience was however good since the hotel property is large enough to escape the hordes of small children running around.

My partner and I had the best experience! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable! The facilities and restaurants are amazing! Nothing to complain about!! On my partner’s birthday, staff kindly provided a birthday surprise. Thank you!

This resort was outstanding! The room was simple but clean. Yes, a hotel room that was clean is something, specially nowadays when with the COVID excuse hotels are not doing room service everyday (they do!). Well, I was pretty surprised with several things about this hotel, in their simplicity they provided top notch service. The staff is friendly without being hypocrite (not doing that to be tipped). I will absolutely be back and I totally recommend.

Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at so far! The staff is the friendliest and most attentive I have ever seen, very eager to help and will go out of their way to do whatever they can to make sure you are happy even if you don’t speak Portuguese very well!
