"We were a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 9 and 11. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to the foods the boys liked(both have very different tastes). We lost some swimming trunks at the pool. The pool manager found them and they were returned to us the next day. The room had a wonderful view to the ocean and a balcony where we could relax while watching the waves. Ultimately it was the staff that made this place so lovely. "

"Overall Experience was not at all Good because first of all Check in was not at all smooth we have to wait for 30 Mins to get our rooms and after 30 mins i have got 1 Room and 1 room after 30 Mins and staff was not at all good and coperative and Later We have visited pool and the pool tiles were broken and we got injury as well. And Service is third class. Buttler comes after 30 Mins ice and glass comes after 30 mins and air conditioning, fridge is too old in the rooms. We have booked ultra luxury room but we are not at all satisfied as we have paid 15k approx and the room doesnt have a good views as well. The room approx cost 7.5k Max and breakfast got over 15 mins before and no hospitality nothing. I have stayed in more than 50 plus 5 star luxury properies i will never recommend you to stay here. "It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that."
