We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here recently. The staff was excellent and so very helpful, especially since we did not speak German. They were very friendly and quite helpful with all of our many questions. Their driver was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were fabulous and the views from the balcony phenomenal. We will plan on coming back here again!

Great location for snow sports

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good (to keep us fuelled for skiing) and the a-la-carte dinner was great too. I liked the outdoor hot tub, it's a nice experience, with the snow all around. The bus to the ski slopes worked perfectly and the ski room was good. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. I thought the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. Overall a great experience.

The whirlpool was only the half time working.

Thank you for your review and your comment about the whirlpool. Our whirlpool is in open from 1 pm until 8 pm and runs automatically every 15 minutes. Perhaps you thought it should always be bubbling. For technical reasons unfortunately this is not possible. Have a good time and best regards from the Blatter's

Super hotel

This is a hotel with history but in min condition (renovated). We enjoyed the very nice spa and friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices in a roomy area. Can only recommend!

Das Servicepersonal blieb leider sehr deutlich hinter unseren erwartungen. Die Besitzerfamilie haben wir die ganzen vier Tage nie gesehen.

Grüezi Anonymous Anscheinend haben Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns nicht geniessen können, das bedaure ich sehr. Durch Ihre anonyme Bewertung kann ich leider nicht reagieren oder Verbesserungen herbeiführen. Wie sollte ich einstufen können was nicht gestimmt hat. Wir sehen Bewertungen durchaus konstruktiv. Wir bitten aber darum, dass der Bewerter uns auch die Möglichkeit gibt seine Erfahrung zu prüfen, ansonsten ist die Bewertung einfach nur eine Zahl in der Statistik und das ist am Ziel vorbeigeschossen und hilft niemandem. Das Sie mich vier Tage lange nicht gesehen haben, kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen (bei einem 16 Stunden Tag fast nicht möglich), eigentlich bin ich im Haus omnipräsent. Our ski week in Arosa

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. Staff is very friendly and very polite. Excellent service. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

No need to write much here - my second stay there and it was simply amazing! Only the wi-fi is not very functional. That said, you are there to ski and/or relax and not to spend your day on internet - right?
