really great central location, staff are really friendly and the entire hotel is spotless. Only one downside is that the room had no air con, just fans and very poor airflow so the room itself was incredibly warm. Otherwise really great, will deffo be back

Overall very good indeed
Excellent hotel. Recently refurbished. The only thing that was poor was the evening entertainment. I did not think the singing artists were up to standard On the plus side, the reception staff, the restaurant staff and claening staff were excellent.

Had an amazing time at parque la Paz. We were half board and food was great. Shame no soft drinks/tea and coffee are allowed at tea time. No issues with getting a sun bed-there were lots. Entertainment was ok but we went out most nights into Playa de las Americas where there is lots to do. Rooms and amenities were great. We had a room at the back so no issues with noise. Rooms facing the pool or the bars were more noisy.

This was a lovely apartment very modern and new with all the facilities you need. No problem getting a sunbed as there are plenty. The only reason i probably wont go back is none of the apartments have air con.... they have ceiling fans instead. Felt like i was in a wind tunnel trying to get to sleep. Hight of the season it would be too warm with just these for me, otherwise eveeything else was excellent.

Lovely Hotel
Stayed here for 4 nights in February, staff at check in were very friendly. Apartment was lovely, very clean and modern and beds were comfortable. We never used the kitchen (apart from the fridge) as we were only there for a few days, however it was well equipment with pots and utensils etc. Shower is spacious with rainfall shower head as well as a wand, was quite powerful with lots of hot water and shower gel. Safe available for a fee. Lovely central position and close to bars restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again for a winter holiday, however as there is only a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room, not sure if this would be adequate in the hight of summer.

Heated pool,great location.Clean.Excellent value!
This is excellent value for money. Location is good, buffet is quite standard Spanish resort style for breakfast and dinner, but you must pay significantly more for hotels with marginally better buffets. Pool is heated, you can easily swim mid-winter, I was not able to find this out up front. Entertainment during day around pool etc is good, night time entertainment was ok, but requires that more people show up for it to become alive. Room was cleaned every day. Hotel is refurbished with modern and nice rooms Bed matresses were normal, possibly a little soft for my sensitive back. Breakfast buffet peak hours were a little hectic and noisy, but managable.

Mye duer i bassengområdet. Duene spiser mat på bordene. Due skit på stoler og solsenger. Fint og opp pusset hotell. Mye høy musikk fra barene og restaurantene nedenfor hotellet til langt på natt, slik har det vert i mange år. God mat i restauranten.
