Сплошной обман. Отель находится очень далеко от цивилизации. Но это не самое отвратительное. Мы приехали заселяться в 15:00, после посещения вулкана «Тейде». И какого было наше удивление, отель оказался закрыт. При этом сложилось впечатление, что он не работает уже очень давно, т.к. на его территории повсюду грязь, окна закрыты наглухо. Фотографии, которые вы видите на сайте, не соответствуют действительности. Отель был оплачен онлайн. Соответственно оплату мы потеряли. Обратились с просьбой решить данную проблему, но решения пока не получили. Не советуем данный отель. Впервые сталкиваемся с таким обманом. Хорошо, что бронировался на одну ночь.

Arrived late due to flight, but nonetheless welcomed and despite the hour was provided with a delicious dinner, and all with a smile. This is a rural hotel (don’t expect “sophistication“) and off the beaten track. However a gem in the Tenerife countryside. Delightful.

me gusto el sitio y las vistas, no me gusto que no es un hotel rural es un sitio donde te alquilan una habitación y te dejan a tú suerte. Viene un trabajador un rato por la mañana prepara el desayuno y viene otro por la noche y prepara una cena, el resto del día te las tienes que arreglar tu por tú cuenta. Para una simple botella de agua tienes que salir a dos kilómetros a buscarla.

Pour y aller ça se mérite car il faut avoir un voiture qui ait "de la reprise" car ça grimpe !!! Dommage qu'il n'y ait personne pour nous accueillir à part des n° de téléphone... Sinon très bonne chambre au calme et bons repas et petit-déjeuner

Property was in the hills on a very narrow twisty road. Rooms were fine and the food we had was very good for what we paid . Pool area and surrounds are not been looked after. Would me nice if there was a better evening menus as most people who stay need to eat here as there is no where else to eat .

Arrived at 2:30 pm nobody on site to greet, had to make a call asking how we gain access to our room. No information in room regarding how to get a simple bottle of water. We ate the set meal which was the only option which was quite nice but the red wine had been rebottled with a cheap wine which was charged 15 euros. We did sleep well but glad we only stayed the night.

Hotel was in a lovely rural location (as the name suggests), close to Arona and a car is a must. The hotel was just photos, the staff and owners were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was continental style with, a selection of cereals, cold meats & cheese, fruit, yoghurts, fresh breads, muffins and Maderia cake. Evening meals were available and they were delicious home cooked meals using fresh local produce, portion sizes were very generous

Location molto bella ed accogliente, poche stanze ricavate da due vecchi edifici che hanno mantenuto il loro aspetto originale, con tanta pietra e legno. arredato con ottimo gusto, e con un ampio parcheggio privato. la quiete è assicurata !!
