The studio was very warm at night when you could not leave the terrsce door open

Fantastic! I wasn’t too happy with my initial room but manager changed my room immediately with no hesitation so had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Julian many thanks 😊😁

Excellent price. Comfortable bed. Shower is small. Could do with a microwave.

Property was decent enough and was in a good location for our needs. Major issue was the customer service was terrible. No one available at front desk during our entire stay. Had to call to get keys out of lock box on arrival or to get any other type of service. Person on other end was overly rude and completely unhelpful. Other guests we talked to had even worse experiences with customer service. As the location was good might consider staying there again but only if no other option is available.

Bus stop right outside with frequent access to los cristianos. Quiet area
