"The view of the river Ganges was amazing did not realise during booking that it was home stay hotel but the food was very good staff very polite and helpful . "Very nice hotel in a nice location. Stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice , very comfy bed. The bed helped us sleep better after tiring days. Very clean bathroom. House keeping did an amazing job keeping room very clean and welcoming. Views from our room were very beautiful. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is superb. Breakfasts were simply delicious. The chefs Rana jee and nail were very professional, greeting us personally and making local specialties...

"The staff and management tream were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. Their efforts at looking after our group made us feel like we were staying with family. The team responded to all of our whims and fancies and made our stay at the property one of the most memorable moments for my family. For this, I wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart!"

"The food options are limited, breakfast options are same everyday, also very few options.. Despite being a 5 star, it doesn’t feel like one. There is very little space in the property where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. There are no views as such, there is steep hike to the Ganga. The Ganga Arti is nice. In the night since it’s so close to the road, you can hear trucks noise all night. Staff is polite but requests take forever to fulfil."

Different Room provided but it was much better

"We booked family grand room. However, we were given a room that was completely different from the photos of the room that is in description. While the room could fit 3 adults and was as big, the decor of the room resembled the rooms with earthly decor. This was initially disappointing. The room as per photos were all booked out. The management went above and beyond in service to make up for this change and after 3 nights we were given the room that is shown in photos. Having compared both rooms, we found the original room (earthly decor) was more practical with small kids as this room was completely flat and did not have any stairs. the rooms that are shown in photos has stairs. Also the original room (with earthly decor) had TV facing the bed which kids and us much referred. I would highly advise that whoever gets this earthly decor room as family grand room and while this may not be what you expected, this room may be better for what you need as a family. "
