I feel I overpaid for the room based on the following: Room was not clean. Sheets had dirt on them and the walls in washroom area were greasy. Shower was missing glass and it made a mess while showering. No breakfast was included even at this room price. The breakfast buffet was amazing! 10/10

Super dated room. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been renovated since the 70s. The room smelled of sweaty feet and wouldn't air out. Popcorn ceiling and walls with no decorations made it look slightly more cheery than a jail cell. On top of all that, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing and when they were walking on the floor above. Would never stay here again.

The hotel was out of town which was fine lovely and quiet the breakfast set up was excellent and the the whole facilities and the staff were also excellent , the bar should have stayed open abit later for guests as after 2 hectic nights out we needed a drink or a coffee to relax after the eagles nite as the city transport back to hotel at 11pm it’s a shame that was very stressful but the hotel was very nice and we all enjoyed our stay

The room and bathroom are very spacious, but it's time to renovate the rooms and furnutures. TV has very limited channels. Poor room and bathroom amenities. Make sure you scan the var code to get all hotel information as soon as you check-in. I wake-up one morning and call for room service breakfast, but they didn't take my order, because I had to select my order on a piece of card and hang it outside the door before 2AM. On our last stayed, we were wake-up by loud bangs on the roof. When asking at reception, what is all that noise that is coming since 7am from the roof, they informed that they were busy with roof repair. There was notification in advance to inform of this maintenance activity. After staying at Van der Valk Eindhoven best, that was so nice, I had the same expectation for this hotel and it was a disappointment. It was loke comparing a 5 star with a 2-1/2 star. The are is quiet in a remote area, with nothing at walking disstance.

The hotel has a good location in the Veluwe. Great to go for a hike and bike ride. Rooms were dirty; spiderwebs and flies in the room. Overall the amenities and breakfast was good.
