It was lovely staying at the Deer Park Motor inn, their USP is deers, very well maintained and affordable. We and our daughter loved playing with deers and feeding them. Definitely if we are going to come again to Armidale it’s going to our stay.

Pet friendly motel with added bonus of deer in the backyard. I think they are doing renovations on the property. Nice large room. No issues at all.

As stated in numerous previous reviews, owners are sour unhappy flogs. Give this place a massive miss. Way better places in town. I recommend the elite motor inn. Fantastic staff and awesome rooms, right in the heart of town.

Hi Nick, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you left disgruntled after booking a pet friendly room and then refusing to acept our pet rules on arrival. We are sorry that we do not allow to leave pets unattended as most dogs fret when left alone and either bark the place down or become distructive. Once we told you that we usually do not refund in this instances you became verbally abusive alomg with homophobic slurs and thretas of violence.We are glad that you found alternate accomodatuion because we do not wnat folk like you stay in our hotel in the first place.The refund was organized through expedia immediately after your departures
