I stay here every time I visit Armenia. The hotel is always nice and clean and the rooms are always clean as well. The breakfast buffet is always excellent!!

The room was not up to the standards of a hotel of this caliber. The staff/front desk was not helpful. Seemed preoccupied with other things instead of helping their guests.
