The only issue i had with my stay was that sheraton would not accommodate me when i needed to move my reservation up by a day. The policy to charge me for the change even though the hotel was clearly not full to capacity seems like an unnecessary gouge and will make me pause to reserve another room in the future.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was very accommodating and friendly but we had some issues with our room..
1. The door would not open using the key and it made a loud sound every time it opened or closed.
2. We didn’t have any hot water in the shower area or sink even after running the water for more than 30 minutes…
When checking out their wasn’t anyone at the front desk to report the issues, it also was 2:30am so that is understandable…

Not satisfied with shower not fixed we had to get another room. Also I reported to get fixed being gone all day. Nothing been done.

We stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The entire property, especially the hallways, had a strong smell of cleaning products, which was overwhelming. Even worse, the parking lot had a terrible, foul odor that made it unbearable to be there. Every morning, when we went to get our car, the stench was so bad it made us feel sick. We will definitely not be choosing this hotel again.
