I was traveling alone with the attendance of the Walnut Valley Festival, being my center of attention.
For under $100 a day it was OK.
There was plenty of hot water, day or night, but no linen service
The motel really shouldn't advertise a complimentary breakfast., There wee child sized Twinkies and some similarly sized pastry, and coffee w/o condiments.
The room 's A.C./ heater worked well, given that a few of the days I was there the temps were over 100 degrees F and the mgmt never minded me running the AC day and night..
It was good enough for me, no roaches, good ac close to where I needed to be, quiet and easy parking
Not bad for under $100
i never did get WIFI, although the manager did appear to be working on it, periodically. .

NO Pool available! Run down. Had various bugs on carpet and in bathroom. Was told to be careful how low we set the air conditioner because they freeze up easily
Property doesn't look like advertised
Staff was great
Larger mini fridge... very cold

You definitely get what you pay for. Would not recommend. Included breakfast is a joke.
