Clean and friendly I did see reviews saying home from home and they were correct. The views are out of this world. Athena the manager makes your stay that extra special. "If you're looking at Domus Alta, don't hesitate, just book it! Just returned from 10 days here and for the price we paid we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay here. From super quick check-in to when we left we could not fault our apartment and the lovely owner, Angella, made sure every detail was perfect for us. Large room with kitchenet which included table top stove, fridge, sink, all cutlery etc. Bathroom was spotless, rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels/sheets...

"All in all an amazing chilled out stay. Due to coming in October it was quiet which was lovely as had a great choice of all the sun beds. Olga and Leo who ran the pool bar were so hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance to the beach and all bars. Needless to say Will definitely return. "

"Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!"

"This property is falsely advertised. It is above a pub opposite a fairground. Both played loud music until 3am. We moved to a new hotel after two nights it was so bad. I would not recommend staying here if you want to sleep!"

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."
