Terrible experience!!!

When we arrived the owner claimed that she didn't received our reservation confirmation because the email was sent to the spam folder (!!) although we had already paid our stay through credit card. But she said that we were lucky(!!) and she found a room for us in another establishment and in the same price. The other room was worst than the one we booked and certainly had a lower cost. It was smaller, and nothing compared to the one we booked. Only plus it was clean. We are terribly disappointed and we strongly recommend to avoid this establishment as they lack proffesionalism. Also we are deeply disappointed by hotels.com as we think that they should better check their associates. First time that such a thing happened to us.
