"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"A lovely place to stay in Ravenna. very clean and lots of walkable restaurants and shops around. Stefania was extremely accommodating and arranged transport for our large group of 11 to the cruise port. I would highly recommend!"

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna"

"Dit is echt een prachtige camping met heel erg nette huisjes. Ik heb de schoonmakers schoon zien maken, nou dat doe ik thuis niet eens zo. De camping is wel vol met Italianen, af en toe een Pool of Duitser, maar eigenlijk geen Nederlanders. De animatie voor de kinderen is alleen in het Italiaans dus dat valt tegen."

"Sofia met us at the apartment and communicated with us the morning of our arrival. It was a bit of a hot day so she turned the air conditioning on for us as we asked from the train station. The apartment was nice and cool by the time we arrived! There was plenty of space for my family of 5. Primary bedroom doubles as the TV room since there isn’t a common area/ couch, but that worked fine for us since we spent most of our days away from the apartment. "Great property, great stay. Highly recommend. Beautifully and functionally furnished. A little far to walk from train with baggage, so get a cab if you're tired. Americans need to allow the 7 hours (yes) for a small laundry load but it's better than nothing. Instructions through text a tad tedious but it got done and works out."

"We loved the Social Hub in Bologna! The staff is very kind and its very close to the station, so it was easy for us to take day trips around the surrounding area. I could stay longer. It is also a student accommodation, but since we were on the third floor, we didn’t really hear students"
