Fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid.
Close to the center, either walking or with bus (or Uber/Bolt).
Easy access to the underground parking (very secure, lots of space).
Very pet friendly! Our dog received a nice soft bed, some treats and two bowls.
Comfortable room with a big bed and a nice bathroom (with bathtub).
Very friendly staff (thank you Sara)!
Highly recommended!

Muy buen servicio del main desk, la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro pero tienen un servicio muy bueno de taxis además que el camión pasa en la esquina, el desayuno es bueno pero falta variedad y lo único que la limpieza del cuarto bastante mala, no cambian las sábanas ni limpian bien los baños además de dejarnos las mismas toallas mojadas a pesar de dejarlas en la tina para que las cambiaran creo deberían hacer revisión de limpieza de los cuartos más seguido por lo demás el servicio de los de la entrada muy atentos y serviciales.

This was a great hotel most of the staff was helpful and the breakfast was great . Only issue I had when the lady at the front desk won’t give my bag when I had ticket for it and my bag had my name it . Other than that it was a great hotel for a great price.

Clean, nice hotel with friendly staff. The only thing to comment on is the location is a bit odd as there’s nothing to do in the area. You will have to take a bus or walk a bit to get to some life in Madrid.

Had better stays in Madrid
Posted 11 Sep 2024 on HotelsNice hotel but upon checking out I was told I had to leave the hotel immediately. My flight was in the evening and I planned to work by the pool for the final few hours of my trip but I was not allowed to do so.

Dear Steven, we never kick any of our Guests out of our Hotel. Every day we keep Guests luggage in our concierge service and they stay inside our Lobby, or outside at the Terrace, enjoying their last moment in Madrid or working with their computers. The point is we do not allow our Guests to stay in the pool after checking out hour as the pool is not big enough to welcome so many people as we are a Urban Minor hotel and our pool is not big enough. We tried to explain that to you and we actually apologize for not being able to convey our aim. Regards.

Great location near metro. Would stay again. Not in city center which makes it quiet but close enough to metro statio to get to city center. My only issue was the front desk girl. She looked/sounded like she didnt want to be there. Other than that, I'd give it a 5 star review.
