Location is good, was clean bright and comfortable. Gave me a very early check in which was very appreciated. Windows seemed thin because I could hear a lot of traffic

The room was good and the staff very helpful. charging a flat 25 euros for breakfast is unacceptable when all we want is coffee and a roll or an egg. It is rather close to the Prado but the neighborhood had few restaurants or cafes and people sleeping on the sidewalk. An area of heavy traffic and little charm. Very close to the Reina Sofia and Atocha Station. Again the staff are very helpful and the room clean and well equipped.

Highly recommended hotel. Really nice clean and quiet. Walkable to a lot of restaurants choices. Amazing stay

Great location and friendly staff
Posted 1 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was exactly what we required for a weekend in Madrid. An excellent location to sight see and from the money we walked in the staff were all very friendly. Rocio on reception checked us in quickly when we arrived and dealt with any questions efficiently. She is an asset to the hotel.

The room was very clean. It was spacious as well. They also gave 1 complimentary water in the fridge which was kinda weird since they knew there were 2 people staying. It was like 5 min walk to the train station and perhaps a 15 min walk to atocha station. I as kinda slow so probably took longer for me. There were a couple of groceries and restaurants near the hotel as well. Overall it was okay.
