All staff is marvelous. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bartenders make great drinks and drinking them at sunset on rooftop is divine. Stayed there twice; will always go back. They can tell you where everything in town is, where to eat, shop, pray, visit. Rooms nicely laid out and comfy.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Arezzo! You can not beat the rooftop terrace for views over the city. All the staff were wonderful and so helpful when our fridge didn’t work they kept wine in the kitchen fridge chilling for us. We loved our stay here and we would definitely come back!

Charming old hotel in the center of beautiful Arezzo. Nice room, serviceminded staff, and a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a short walk to the old part of the town which is really beautiful, and full of small cafes and restaurants, and little shops. It’s only half an hour by train to Florence, and next time I go to Italy I will stay at this hotel again, to see more of both Arezzo and Florence.

The floor in bathroom when we checked in could have been a little cleaner, but I just cleaned it up myself. Otherwise it was very nice. Service to the terrace was great as were the drinks. Hotel was convenient to train station and many fine restaurants.

Wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Continentale in Arezzo, IT. We had a quiet comfortable room in a hotel that is a 10 mins. walk from the train station in one direction and a 10 min. walk to the old and historic part of town in the other direction. Very nice breakfast in the AM fir a reasonable price with very attentive staff. Front desk staff were always helpful. So much to see in Arezzo (medici Fortress, Archeological Museum, the Cathedral and Church of San Francesco. A good location for our day trips to towns of Cortona, Pienza and Montepulciano.

We choose the location because it was a block from the train. We were staying just for the night. The staff was very nice and most helpful giving restaurant advice plus sites to see. We left are luggage the next day while we went to visit friends . That was helpful because we had checked out.

Very loud in a street facing room- no air conditioning so too hot to sleep comfortably. The front desk staff was not very pleasant. The bartender, house cleaner and servers for breakfast were great!

Well, the hotel is very conveniently located but it lacks some basic features. The bathroom is outdated, it is difficult to take a shower, we were not offered an upgrade. We got a very dark room. We were not warned that to service the rooms you need to request them.
