We stayed twice at this property, the first time we had no complaints, the second time they put us in a room right above the bar/restaurant and it was extremely loud with super loud music and drunken idiots yelling and making it impossible to rest. We called the front desk and there never was an apology or an offer for a quieter room, they would only say that they could not hear anything. Sad, but won’t be staying there anymore.

Great service and great property. from the moment you walk in feels welcome and from front desk to security and room service staff are all excellent. Especially in their dinning room, great team with great manager Gloria, she is supper friendly every time and always make sure customer's needs been met at all time. Restaurant food is also great. we spent 7 nights there and highly recommended this hotel in Arequipa.

This place is amazing so clean beautiful The staff soo friendly treating like they know you the only problem was too short next time. I will plan to stay more longer, but I really enjoyed everything was so perfect beyond what I was expecting.
